Hola! We stayed at Hotel Embajadores a few years back and that was fine. There is a restaurant attached. It is located on the Plaza Embajadores, which is one of the upper most Plazas. It is probably a half mile from Plaza Principal. We also ate one expensive meal at El Gallo Pitagorico...which was good. We loved Guanajuato. Hannah |
