Tonight's Yoga Class @ 7pm: Deep Relaxation

Hi there,

If you are planning to come to tonight's yoga class, please bring a large pillow if possible. I have quite a few I will bring, so no big deal if you don't have one. I also have quite a few blankets, but if you have a favorite blanket feel free to bring that along as well.

For anyone that hasn't taken a restorative / deep relaxation yoga class before, the invitation to bring pillows and blankets gives an indication of what this is about. :-)

Restorative yoga utilizes props (blankets, pillows, blocks, etc.) to support our bodies so that we receive the benefits of various yoga postures while simultaneously inviting our bodies to deeply relax, restore, and rejuvenate. Generally the deep physical relaxation is accompanied by deep mental relaxation / stress relief.

As always, class is suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome.

See you tonight at 7pm at Nansee and Richard's palapa.
