I'm changing the location for yoga classes to have a bit more room and a dry location regardless of weather. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am. If you have RSVPd for a class you should have received an email from me with new information. If you have not RSVPd but would like to attend one or more of the last 4 classes in October let me know.
I will be traveling in November so won't offer yoga that month, but I will be back in December and look forward to teaching at Nansee and Richard's palapa for the season.
If anyone will be in NY or has friends in NY, on Sunday November 16th I'll be facilitating a yoga and art workshop exploring Balance. One of my creative soulmates, Erin Partridge, is the other teacher. Erin is an amazing artist, as well as an art therapist and dedicated yoga practitioner. You can see samples of Erin's work here.
