There is no such thing as a one year permit for your car - it's tied to you visa. I also can't believe you have something that says 13 days - you either have a sticker on your window of you don't.

The end of the story is - if you have a valid visa, you have a valid sticker.

Renew your visa and if you want to waste your time - the Aduana offices are infront of the main terminal entrance - just south of the Telmex offices
