Boca de Iguanas EcoResort is proud to announce the arrival of our new chef, Fernanda M. Garcia, from the cosmopolitan metropolis of Mexico City. |
Chef Fernanda joins us from the hip Hotel Condesa DF and trained at the prestigeous Culinary Institute of Mexico in Puebla, with a specialty in pre-hispanic ingredients and a flair for using fresh local ingredients. She has already been dazzling guests for several weeks with her contemporary Mexican cuisine with a "special twist" and now invites people to sample an inaugural tasting menu this Thurs. Oct. 30.
The cost is only 200 pesos per person, previous reservation required. This is a great chance to feast on a wide variety of the new mouthwatering menu items from Boca de Iguanas Resort.
Please call 315 100 8955 or 315 100 5035, or email Jaume (email@example.com) or Edgar (firstname.lastname@example.org).
