Cafe Risa is including vegan options on their menu (Thanks, Tia!). Lora Loka will also make vegan meals. There are lots of ingredients available for making your own vegan food. I do know someone who will make fabulous vegan meals for you (such as vegan ceviche - made with soy). I will be happy to introduce you when you arrive.
