Boca de Iguanas EcoResort is proud to announce the Next Thanskgiving dinner.

Pumkin and lobster bisque

Pear, endivies and blue cheese salad

Oven roast turkey with herbs

Prime Rib.

Mashed potatoes, gravy and spinachs with raisins and pine nuts, wild rice with fruits.

Torched apple, cinnamon and vanilla ice cream.

The cost is only 250 pesos per person, previous reservation required. This is a great chance to feast on traditional cuisine with a "special twist".
