December Yoga: starts tomorrow (Mon 12/1) 9am

Hola a todos... I'm happily back in La Manzanilla and excited to be among several fantastic yoga teachers. I look forward to joining you in their classes and hope to see you in mine as well. I begin teaching again tomorrow (Monday, 12/1) at 9am at Nansee and Richard's gorgeous rooftop palapa! Also at Nansee & Richard's in December I will teach an 11am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a Sunday class with a time not yet set. More info about that soon. Classes are suitable for all levels, including those who have never done yoga before. I have quite a few mats, but if you have your own please bring it along at least this first week so we will be sure to have enough for everyone. More mats are arriving later this week. To reach Nansee and Richard's palapa, walk from the jardin past Martin's restaurant and turn left at the next street (Hotel Puesta del Sol is on the corner). The entrance to yoga is down the street just a bit and on your left - look for a spiral staircase leading to a palapa. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. My email and cell are below.
