Then last night after 2 am it got really cold! I believe what happened is that we lost the haze over us and that let the heat escape more than usual. Looking at the weather loop I see what may (must) be a cold front coming down from the north.
Even though it is not really cold now it is cooler than usual. I hope that Deanna can explain this more fully and possibly start monitoring this situation as she does the hurricanes. We would not want people to be unprepared and possibly freeze to death.
