Hi Elisa, I'm glad you are sticking around a bit longer! I suggest checking with Beto. He connected me with some options in that price range when I was looking. Perhaps something is still available... Juani (of Juani Rentas) also had an option in that price range. This was a couple months ago, but she could be a good resource.
