help with printer

| Wouldn't you know I am sitting here trying to print Christmas photos of my neighbors and ...that's right...can't get the color to come out right. This is a new process for me, but I have changed both the color and black cartridges and still no success. Have good paper and cheaper stuff but it still comes out pretty yellow-green. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Stephanie |
