It must be government funded and getting the locals to take care of it the way it's needed has not worked for the last two years (at least). The pens were not cleaned, fish not fed correctly.

A friend who lives in front of where they bring them in said the fish had to be thrown away they were so unhealthy.

So a few weeks ago they had a second structure built and starting on a third. Maybe if long-lining takes enough fish ... this fish farming will become more valuable
