another 'bus from PV' query

Is the Primera Plus bus, that leaves from PV at 7:30 am the 'Direct Bus' to Melaque? And, is the one that leaves at 12:15 the 'Slow Bus'? I am trying to get some dates and shedules from their web site, but is not working. Does anyone have a schedule?

And, does anyone know if ETN has started their route up from PV to Melaque again? I go to their Web Site and get no schedule, just a destination to Barra, no dates or times.
