| Where can I get help or perhaps you have been through this one yourself: I have an HP Pavilion, 2005, with Windows XP 2002. It has a switch on the front that I may have accidently changed when I put it in the bag. The switch turns on and off internet connection ability. I did this once befor and when I learned about the switch I was back on line. I am not able to connect at this time and the little switch does not seem to be the problem. I do notice that when I use the little switch the little light next to it stays red (or it may be orange). It seems like in the past the light would change color. I have tried switching it and then restarting but still can't get on. Any suggestions? Thank you. best wishes Ron |
