I just wanted to give my thanks to all the people that helped out with advance tickets sales, advertising by word of mouth, and giving extra time to put this event together.
Linda and her family did everything, they planned, cooked, prepped, etc. to make this Benefit Night happen.
Special thanks to Rhonda for managing the "front of the house" and making table arrangements for walk-ins. Thanks Rhonda for keeping me in line!
We had a lot of support and donations from people that weren't able to purchase tickets in advance - but just wanted to help out.
By the way the tickets sales reached 90 and we had almost 12 more drop-ins.
There were over 200 sopitos made, we made 5 batches of Jamaica Water and 25 BATCHES of Margaritas. My daughter Macy even wore 1/2 a batch when it spilled on her.
All of the support from the community will go a long way to aiding Vicki and family with her medical costs. Muchas Gracias.
