Dancing in the streets is serious stuff - flip-flops need not apply ... wear your lace-ups or walking sandals!!

• Wednesday night, the Fiesta begins with dancing which follows the Banda & the Farola in the jardin and in the streets to the Casino and back. Come to the jardin after 8 PM and stand by for punch, music, and dancing 'til you drop, ... or 11 PM, whichever comes first.

• Gringo Day, Thursday, Feb 5, is sponsored by the international community to pay tribute to our Mexican hosts. We will serve Birria beginning sometime after 1 PM (means closer to 2 PM)at the Casino. We do our best to serve our Mexican friends first so be patient. Are you willing to be a volunteer server?? Let me know.

• The band from Wed night will play all afternoon then will lead the crowd down to the Plaza de Toros at about 4 PM for rodeo activities and much more dancing until sunset. Be sure to keep your ticket handy so you can enter the Rodeo grounds fee free.

• Later in the night, around ±9 PM, and after the Farola in the jardin has advertised the Friday activities, there will be a large, high powered dance/show band playing in the Casino until the wee small hours. There is an additional charge for this dance.

It's a fun time... if you still haven't bought your tix, they can be had for $180 pesos at Palapa Joe's, Cafe Risa, Manos Ayudandos bookstore.
