I had a similar illness for the past two months. Started like a bad virus with swollen glands, sore throat etc. But didn't have the night sweats. Did/do have extreme fatigue and sore spots that seem to move around: lower back, left shoulder, right shoulder, etc. I believe it's a virus. I do not have any lung condition only a dry cough for two months, which is now gone. Think my immune system was undermined by this virus and is slowly building back up. Hope this helps.
