5rhythms dances

Thankyou to all those who came and danced with us at the previous 5rhythms dance.

Many people have expressed an interest to dance the ¨wave¨ again. So I have scheduled 2 more of these on Sunday Feb 15 and Wednesday Feb 25. Both at 7:30 to 9pm at Nansee and Richards roof top studio.

For those new to this dance. Well....its easy, its fun, its liberating, there are no rules, only suggestions and people use the movement as a moving meditation or a sweating of prayers to
enrich your lifes intentions. Cost is 60 pesos.
