Well I ended up hospitalized for a week. I had every test done possible to rule out anything super serious. I had also been in guatemala in october in a malaria zone. Still done to a fungal infection in the lungs that probably started in november while on la manz but exasberated in january with additional dust and staying in a place without a lot of air flow. These results are all good still doesn't help that I have a fever, can't sleep and can't eat.
