Sorry I didn't get back to you until now. We use a lawyer in PV who has been a miracle worker for us --- exceptionally quick. He got our initial FM3 in four days. If you're interested, I can look for his phone number.

I moved my legal address to Arroyo Seco from Puerto Vallarta and he was still able to file my paperwork. I have heard that you need to keep filing in the same place but I don't know if it's factual or a rumor.
