meditation hut?

i am in the process of saving to build a small or not-so-small meditation hut, depending on whether there are people out there interested in using it. i am thinking of three sessions a week from 9 in the morning to 10-ish. I can give basic instruction but am in NO WAY a teacher. Many years ago, I studied Tibetan Bhuddhism; Milarepa is my lineage ancestor; i finally came to roost at White Wind Zen Centre in Ottawa. i took precepts in both traditions. So, here is what is on offer--for beginners or adepts, a space for bhuddist-type meditation....Not yoga mediation (which focusses on relaxation). Free of course although I have a long term plan to set up a teaching with a shaman friend, who is a member of my SMA book club and also a member of the international Council Of Grandmothers. So, help me decide. small or not-quite so small.
