So how 'bout we summarize what is going on, short and sweet?

If you have had a diagnosis, you've been treated and you're now mostly recovered, please tell us in about one or two sentences what they said you had and how they treated it.

Since everyone is seeing different doctors, it might be helpful to have the info posted here, for those still trying to figure it out.
