Hi, I have been researching your very pretty town for several months now. I was just wondering some of your opinions regarding whether to purchase land through realestate or private. Also I have only found 2 people who list realestate, costealegra and coldwellbanker. Are there any others you can suggest. Also if there are certain areas you think are extra interesting I would love to get any pictures etc. Im just looking for a small lot, preferably out of downtown, maybe on a bit of a slope? Thanks.
