it will be fairly easy for you to find the type of lot you are looking for down here. it is most likely best to work with one of the realtors here as they are more adept at guiding you the process and are more likely to know of lots or houses that are for sale. probably the most helpful thing for you to do would be to come down here and look at the community. that would be the best way for you to start to figure out the different neighborhoods and prices. it is also a good time now becasuse of the economic problems in the us and canada. the local builders are not as busy now and/or houses are more resonabably prices than they were 2 years ago. |
