| Hello, Alas an issue with vehcile permit and tourist cards...we recently (Feb 24/09) crossed the border into the U.S at San Luis Rio Colorado...the banjecerito office is not user friendly at this location...however we did find it and I asked where to turn in the permit and tourist cards...the mex official asked where we were going...we got in the line up to Yuma. we were never asked for our permit or tourst cards. By the time U.S. customs finished swarming our vehicle (radioactive reading) and x-raying our unit....we did not have the desire to return to find the location to turn in our permits...we are back home in Canada. The permit and cards are valid until July 13th...is there any way to forward the sticker and tourist cards...let me know...we very much enjoyed Mx and would like to return with minimal agravation,,,, Thanks Larry |
