The Costa Careyes Polo Club would like to invite local artists and their friends to a ¨plein air¨exhibition on Friday, 3-20 & and complete their work Saturday, 3-21. Photographs can be obtained from Linda Kauffmann - artbylinda@gmail.com. The public is invited both days for art& polo - ADMISSION IS FREE- dress is casual elegance. The art starts both days at 1:00pm - the polo is at 4:30- we will have a tequila divot stomp at halftime sponsored by PARTIDA TEQUILA. Noted artists EFREM GONZALEZ & LINDA KAUFFMANN will be on site as well. There will be judging of the plein art by professional artists and prizes will be given at haltime. After the game, artists and spectators are invited to the Rancho don Andres restaurant located at the polo fields which features pasta, pizza and steaks. The Polo Club is located 5 miles north of Zapata or 3 miles south of the Resort entrance. Artists will be able to display and sell their art work in the hotel boutique the week of April 4 - 12 - a very special polo week at the Careyes Polo Club.
