I was also stopped while taking people to the airport. They were stopping every car with foreign plates. I, too, was not carrying my FM3 or passport. I was told that in future I may be taken into immigration and held until my documentation could be verified. Does this mean I must take my passport wherever I go, even in La Manz? To Melaque?
