Change of plans-MOJOTE

Just to let you all know that the ladies from Cutzilapa who were coming to do the MOJOTE class at Martin's Restaurant on Saturday have been delayed in Oxaca. I guess this Mojote program they are involved in is very big and involves reforestation, education, and lots of stuff so they are very busy and got tied up there. They have been to Guatemala (or are going - not sure) Mexico city, and other places to do work with this program. They WILL STILL BE COMING and will give us another date as soon as they can. It should be fairly soon, and anyone who already gave me dinero - I will just keep it until we find out for sure what is happening. I have a list of everyone who registered so far, and if anyone else would like to come please let me know because as I said, it will still happen. Also, please encourage any Mexican friends to attend - the ladies are working with lots of poor people in Mexico to try to get this marvelous and nutritious food back into the Mexican culture.
