Reliable, quiet, mature single woman searching for a small casita rental for next season, beginning October or November, staying straight through to May or end of May 2010. Desire small place with a hot shower and kitchen, but don't require ocean view, beach front, etc. I don't have a car here, so prefer close to town- south of El Jardin ideal for me. Also, have many years experience as house-and-pet sitter in the States. Specialize in fragile/older animals. References gladly provided.
