good explaination karl,
also it seems that no-one checks on the quality of work/performance... and these modern computer tel answering systems are the perfect screen to hide behind .the supervisors, if we still have any of those, are probably busy with...well god knows what, certainly not with doing there job
sad no ?! because we do pay taxes like in a developed country but get little or nothing in return.
