I used FEDEX when my husband and my credit card numbers were "borrowed" and someone was buying gas in Quebec with it!! Master Card Fedex'd new cards to La Manzanilla. It took about 7 working days to get from Canada to La Manzanilla. Fed Ex were great and called every day to say...sorry not today..hopefully tomorrow. I think it goes to Melaque first then private courier to La Manzanilla. Just make sure they have a number to contact you at and a proper address. I used a local establishment to receive my new cards (with their permission) as our address in La Manzanilla is too hard to find!
