Hello to all my LA Manzanilla friends, as you know CJ and I did not make it down this winter.

HAVE BEEN VERY BUSY!! BUILD CONDOS, LOST MUCH MONEY IN THE STOCK MARKET, WENT BACK TO WORK, BEEN IN HAWAII FOR MARCH.

CJ and I will be down in November and hope to see
many old friends.

News up here this year re Mexico has been very negative Drugs and killings. Has it effected Real Estate values?
