If I understand it correctly, all of the daylight saved during the past two centuries of daylight saving time has been bundled, split into various derivatives, reinsured by a government-backed (now owned) insurance company, and marketed by renowed financier Bernie Madoff. We are all going to make a killing when every day will have 23 hours of daylight with only one pesky hour when the Children of the Night get their payoff.
