2009 Hurricane prediction

CNA - the Mexican weather site:
http://smn.cna.gob.mx - now has a report with predictions for the Pacific hurricane season (go to the site and look on the left side for "XVI Foro de Climatica en Mexico"). This is the only place I know of that predicts (or even cares!) what will happen in the Pacific each year. There are detailed predictions for the Atlantic season from various institutions, but this is all we have. The report is in spanish, but here are the pertinent facts:

Pacific hurricane season starts May 15th and ends on November 30th - 16 total "cyclones" are
predicted - 7 in the Tropical Storm category, 5 "moderate" hurricanes and 4 "intense" hurricanes.
