Recipe booklets from Mojote Class

Hey there all you Mojote Class people - I finally have the recipe books ready for you - A big thank-you to Maria Jose!!!! So you can pick up your book at Martin's Restaurant. If you are gone already and want someone else to pick up one for you just let someone know. There is a jar to put your money in. Just ask Luz or Marta or Martin where they are. We are asking for a minimum 10 peso charge to cover copying costs - any money over the cost will go towards another workshop for Rosa and Marina. After everyone who was at the class has their book, if there are extras, other people will be able to buy them from the restaurant or you can copy one from one of the people who attended the class. I have made banana, coconut, mojote bread that was sooooooo yummy, also the atole which everyone loved, and am adding the cooked ground mojote into my dogs food. Martin has packages of the Mojote coffee and hopefully will be getting in more of the packages of Mojote flour as well. You can get it from the restaurant. Enjoy!!! Linda
