I´ve made(yeast) bread adding leftover majote grounds-wonderful. I´ve also added grounds to beer-chocolate cake: I can say without boasting (of course not)that it is the world´s finest choc cake. Majote is great if you treat it as a tea; don´t make it too strong. Martin´s iced majote is PERFECT. I´ll look forward to reading my daughter´s booklet. Many, many thanks for your good work.
