| Hi everyone---am back from a fabulous yoga workshop with my teacher Diane Long and a trip to the Isthmus of Tehauntepec where it was 39-40 degrees ---good to be back to cool La Manz-----am here two more weeks and will be teaching yoga classes on the beach where I live -Conchas Camping --under the palapa there --call me if you are interested and will decide times from whos interested. Or better yet come by most afternoons and I am there---starting tomorrow as I am only here two more weeks so call asap. |
