I don't know that she has a particular specialty - we went to her for David's breathing (he has emphysema and it can be difficult for him to expectorate). She also helped with a visiting woman's allergy problems ~ as well there are usually other people in her office. She has a smattering of English (and no, I don't have a real definition of smattering, but it must be British 'cause it's a word my dad uses) and between my smattering of spanish we can usually understand each other.
