With all the beaters being driven around here,I don't believe you need an emissions test(or whatever it is called).If we did,I bet half the cars wouldn't be on the roads..or maybe they would.That would probably include my 2 star general,(waiting for the third star to come through in the mail),truck.
I think it is just as easy to buy something here,make it easy on yourself.
