|Before I moved down here over three years ago (seems much longer!) I applied at the Mexican Consulate in the States for an FM3, once you have that you have 6 months to move your household goods and a car one time. If you keep said car in Mexico you never have to update registration, etc. So if you find a good deal on a car up there, buy it and drive it down, no need to make it a "Mexican" car. I was also at the same Consulate get an import sticker for my car.|
