For what it's worth.

I went to La Huerta today, many people (mostly government workers) had mask on,
about half had them around their neck.

I went to pay Predial, I saw military with belt fed M16's and multi round grenade
launchers. Military equipment I have never seen before. It could have been
about the money, or ?

By the way they are completely redoing the building where you used to pay and
where the police were. La Huerta is changing.

P.S. Left a book there so have to return tomorrow. Anyone else need to pay taxes etc.
before the deadline?
