hi david rutherford, we are looking for a bldg wtih 2 separate suites , ca. 3 blocks or less form beach, not too steep a hill. for coming winter... hosue with casita nextdoor also good. separete kitchen and bath is the issue... i plse let me know?? thanks, petra
