I stand corrected about the 300,000 which should be 30,000. BUT the day is still to honor labor and not about a certain group. I remember back in the 50's and 60's and 70's during the cold war and all those parades of troops marching down red square in Moscow with their missiles on Mayday. Sent chills down your legs that people were out there to destroy the human race
