just wondering: who is is in charge of the plastic recycle project. seems to me nada. near my house by the hotel pueusta del sol it looks like a Obama Detroit damn GHETTO. either clean it up,burn it or give up on the project. when the winds come up in the afternoons i'm tired of picking up the mexican tumble weeds that seem to
show up from overflow on the ground.
