Surprised I found nothing in search ....

I'm trying to avoid the famous Cihuatlan Notario because his bottom line price for 'canned' presta nombre papers comes out to over 20% of the value of the 2 lots I purchased.

I talked to Notario #1 in Manzanillo but got no estimate without all papers and legal owner present. I'm trying to avoid dragging my presta nombre around while I shop for a reasonable price.

Willing to check with any of the 10 or so in Manzanillo, is there one in La Huerta .... and I heard there is a part time notario in Cihuatlan

Suggestions and contact info ??
