I did find the guy in Cihuatlan that David was referring to at a much better price than others. He also uses a Notario from Tecoman, Colima so not just a lawyer.

I parked in Bodega Aurrera and walked up the next street towards town to the ONE-WAY. Look off to your left across the street and there's and there's an office with smoked glass windows and a Licenciado sign above

Lomalie wanted 4 times what this guy does
