Just a note, there are new laws about holding land in Mexico, corporations are now allowed to own land under a constancia. The corp can be owned by a group or individual. Under the constitution of Mexico, a presta nombre is illegal and if you have to face a judge, he must by law throw out your "presta nombre" agreement.
You can have a power of attorney that gives you absolute control over the person that holds title of your land, and thus the land. The corp may serve you better.
