I'm wondering about this. There wouldn't be an issue with a corporation holding land, but my understanding is that a corporation cannot be used as a shell for a singe family residence.

The only mechanism for multiple ownership of, for example, separate housing units in a single parcel whether Concession or Constancia, is a condominium association, as I understand it. Each foreign owner than has a bank trust.

Can anyone confirm whether this is accurate?
