I have been dealing with this for 14 days now. I have been called TelMex 4 times in 12 days. I have gotten a variety of reasons and responses. At one point, a friend suggested, I reset the box and it totally died so I called again to get help to fix it an no one cared just said to wait the 3 days for some one to contact me. I used my dial up during that time and it is never faster than 39 and it was faster than Infinitum. Everyone, who is having problems with slow access, should call them and politely scream. We pay for fast service and downloads at 30 or 40 kbps is not fast! They need to be accountable and responsible. They say it is the first they have heard of it and I am the only one complaining. Now, I know that I am. Please contact them and join in on the fun. I hate not sharing it! |
