Today's complaint led to the answer "The server is saturated - overcrowded". He said the workers were on it, but it would be good for us all to keep complaining. The number is 01-800-123-0000. It's all in Spanish but don't despair, press 1 and then 3 (technical help) and ask to speak in English. They always have english especially daytime. Whether it is a drop in quality in one of the server "hops" or overcrowding, if we keep calling the squeeky wheel usually gets the grease.
